About this range
A bench is cheaper per person than the same number of separate desks, and it is not close. The legs are shared, the cable tray is shared, and the tops butt up with a 10 mm gap down the middle that a centre screen drops straight into. That is why almost every open plan floor we fit out ends up on one.
It is priced as two, four or six people and extends to eight, so the floor can grow without a second purchase that does not match. Each place is between 1000 and 1800 mm wide at 750 mm deep, the same six widths as our single desks, on the same four leg profiles, so a bench and the manager desk at the end of it read as one system.
The wire mesh cable tray runs the length of the bench with four cable ports, which means one power run serves the whole row instead of a plug per person. Centre screens are a choice on this page and come in the standard screen colours; mobile pedestals slide under. Levelling feet deal with the floor. Made to order in South Africa, delivered and installed across Cape Town.
