Office design & fitout

We offer a full turnkey solution. This means that you don’t have to deal with an array of different suppliers and contractors. With our skilled team we take care of it all, this includes developing the initial office concept and design, construction, the design, manufacturing and installation of the furniture, the construction/demolition, joinery, plumbing, electrical, networking and decorating.

We can manage the entire process for you. Each client and company is unique and has different requirements and so we taylor our approach. It starts off with a brief where you tell us your wishlist, we will then conduct a site survey and get to know your space. From this point we will create a space plan to make sure your workspace has the correct flow and that all the departments are optimally located and that the space is being effectively utilised. The designers will then create a detailed design and concept for your space taking your wishlist into account.

This will help you to visulaise what the end result will look like. Once you are happy to sign off on the design our teams will head to site to begin the transformation. We have a great track record in handing projects over on time and in budget.

Working closely with our designers, you will discuss your likes and dislikes, visit other offices, and furniture showrooms before we create design concepts and visuals that bring your new workplace to life

Step 2: Understanding your space

Understanding your space

We will get to know your space, be it a new office that you are moving into or an existing space that you want to refurbish. Our team will conduct site surveys, appraise the facilities so they can create a detailed plan of action

Step 5: Office Fit Out & Build

Office Fit Out & Build

Once the space plan and design have been signed off, our site team will start work to transform the space, working to an agreed time frame. We encourage regular site visits to appraise progress and to ensure you and your team get the space you require.
